Please order your medication online through the GP online services, or in the usual way that you request repeat prescriptions. There is no need to ask for extra medicine from your pharmacist or GP. The supply chain remains resilient against the current coronavirus outbreak.

Advice for at risk patients
PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE FROM ELM HAYES SURGERY
SHEILDING AT RISK PATIENTS
We have been told by NHS England that all at risk patients who should shield will be contacted by NHS England, or by their hospital consultant.
We are being asked to review lists of other high risk patients and notify them accordingly. If you have not heard from us and feel that you are at risk, please contact bsccg.elmhayes@nhs.net.

Access to volunteer services for vulnerable patients
There are 3 options for vulnerable patients:-

Prescription Requests – COVID-19
Please make your prescription request either online or via email

We will take medication requests over the telephone.
Please DO NOT ring us and ask if we have sent your prescription to the Pharmacy. It is jamming up our phone lines.
We send all prescription requests to the pharmacy within 48 hours.
We do not know if the pharmacy has dispensed your medication or not.
