We operate a 28 day prescribing policy.
We process our repeat prescriptions throughout the working day so we can have them ready as soon as possible. We require 48 working hours to process prescription requests. We do not take prescription requests over the telephone.
Please put any requests in writing and either drop it into reception, use our online services/NHS app or email us at reception.elmhayes@nhs.net
If you have your medications dispensed by Paulton Pharmacy or our Dispensary please allow 3-5 working days for your medication to be dispensed.

Order repeat medication online via NHS App
From 30 January 2024, patients in England can use the NHS App to view all their prescription details, order repeat prescriptions and generate a barcode that can be shown to a pharmacy for collection without a paper prescription from their GP.
