Our patients can use our online services for booking an appointment with a doctor, re-ordering repeat medications and to view a summary of their medical record.
To register to use the online services ask our reception staff. You may be asked to provide 2 forms of identification (one of which being photographic).
This service is available for patients wishing to book an appointment with a doctor. Nurse appointments are very specific and need to be booked by speaking to a receptionist.
Patients can book a maximum of 2 appointments. We encourage patients to cancel their appointment if they no longer need it so we can give it to someone else.
We monitor our bookings to ensure that we are not creating an unfair advantage to patients with internet access.
Re-ordering Repeat Medication
Our patients are able to order their repeat prescriptions via the online services. We ask patients to please let us know where they would like to collect their prescription from. This process takes 48 working hours.
View your Medical Record Summary
As of the 1st April 2015 patients are now able to view certain parts of their medical record. All patients who have access to the online services will be able to see a ‘core’ view of their record (which shows medications, allergies, and demographic details). Patients who wish to view more detail can request to do so.
Please contact reception if you wish to register to use the online services.
Please note test results are not available online as they require clinical interpretation and we currently do not have enough support information for patients regarding this.
For further information about online services please visit the NHS Choices website.
