Order your Repeat Prescription online
We process our repeat prescriptions throughout the working day so we can have them ready as soon as possible. Although, we require 48 working hours to process prescription requests, please add additional time for the Pharmacy or Dispensary to order the medication you need.
We recommend that you order at least a week before you run out of medication.
We do not take prescription requests over the telephone.
Please put any requests in writing and drop it into reception, use our online services or send us a fax (01761 410573).
As mentioned above, If you have your prescriptions sent directly to a Pharmacy or our Dispensary, please allow an additional 3 working days for them to dispense your medication.
